IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME (IBS)
In 1984 I was misdiagnosed as having IBS and given a medication called Libraxin. I understand that this is prescribed as Librax in North America.
I had no idea at the time that this was another benzodiazepine tranquilliser.
This drug is actually Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) + Clidinium Bromide.
It may be that there are countless sufferers of IBS who are also unwittingly addicted to this benzo.
